If you are contacting us about an existing request, please include your name, the package you selected and the date of your request.
Promotion requests
Promotion packages are requested by selecting one or more options and completing the checkout steps with your information. After a request is submitted, the details are reviewed and a confirmation email is sent outlining the next steps.
If any information is missing or unclear, follow-up questions may be sent by email before a promotion is confirmed.
Changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel a request, please email info@ravers.uk as soon as possible with your name, the package selected and the planned promotion dates.
Whether a change is possible will depend on how close it is to the intended promotion period and whether any work has already been carried out.
Information and privacy
Basic contact details and campaign information are collected to handle promotion requests, communicate about schedules and keep records.
Information is retained only for order history, customer service and legal or tax reasons.
Payments
Where card payments are used for promotion packages, card details are handled securely by the payment provider during checkout.
